Elizabeth Bay House

Built 1835 - 1839 by James Hume with the design attributed to John Verge and John Bibb. Elizabeth House is a heritage listed Colonial Regency style house situated 7 Onslow Avenue in the inner eastern suburb of Elizabeth Bay NSW   January - March 2021  Engaged by Sydney Living Museums, HMP was tasked with the internal preparation, painting and remediation works to the ceiling dome, ceiling rose, upper dome and lower dome panels, the stair outer edge stringers, corridor walls and skirting level 1 and ground floor of the building, lime wash application to the level 1 corridor ceilings and the application of French polish to timber window joinery including sills, glazing bars and reveals.
