Built 1829. This project provided our team the opportunity to use specific conservation and restoration techniques. Works included stencil reveal and preservation, colour exploration and installation of a historic colour preservation ladder, application of ‘faux’ finishes, special ‘gold’ paint decorative finishes to chamfers, corbels, ceiling rosettes and ornate ceiling vents. Restoration of heritage wrought iron decorative external balustrades.
